In 2022 we opened 260 new pharmacies, and we are getting closer to our customers.
We generated BRL31 billion in revenue and brought more health and well-being to 47.5 million customers.
We have 11 strategically located distribution centers and all are ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified.
In 2022, we achieve 260 pharmacies opened, and launched Natz, a proprietary label with 20 natural products in its inaugural line.

Expansion of the services portfolio in pharmacies, ending 2022 with 1,800 pharmacies with service rooms, of which 285 already administer vaccines and 300 carry out rapid diagnostic tests (RDTs).

For the 2nd year, RD is a strategic supporter of the Coalition for Impact of the Instituto Cidadania Empresarial (ICE), which works with the social business theme in Brazil.
The coalition is multisectoral, involving companies, social organizations, government, and academics. In 2022, we worked on launching and forming this coalition, defining its governance and strategies.
We believe that RD’s size, capillarity, and relevance has the potential to promote equity, social transformation and socioeconomic development for employees, commercial partners and its supply chain.

Initial structuring of a differentiated management model for construction waste.
We ended 2022 with 10% of our construction sites managed under this new standard. To engage suppliers, we promote workshops on the subject, preparing contractors for the new waste management model.
