RD – Gente, Saúde e Bem-estar (People, Health and Well-Being) is a leading company in the Brazilian pharmacy market, with over 2,500 stores in all Brazilian states. The company was created in November 2011, from the merger between Raia S.A. and Drogasil S.A., and with gross revenue of BRL 25.6 billion in 2021. We are the largest pharmacy network in Brazil in revenue and number of stores.

Five years after the merger, we are at the beginning of a new stage in the company’s history, which will continue to guide its operations on five essential values: ethics, efficiency, innovation, relationships of trust and long-term vision. In addition, we sealed our commitment to Sustainability based on three pillars: take care of people’s health, take care of the health of the planet and take care of the health of the business.

Today, we have combined an integrated portfolio of assets focused on health and wellness: RD Pharmacies (Droga Raia, Drogasil and Onofre), RD Services (4Bio Special Medicines, Univers, health management platform, and Stix) and RD Brands (Needs, Vegan by Needs, B-Well, Caretech and Nutrigood ).
